COVID-19 Resources

The Pleasantville Community School District has prepared an innovative Return to Learning Plan in accordance with guidance and best practices from the Iowa Department of Education and Iowa Department of Public Health. Information on our school re-opening and COVID-19 resources will be placed on this page.

Pleasantville's continuous learning plan has been approved by the Iowa Department of Education and was approved by the school board on August 11, 2020.  Plans may be adjusted as necessary based on health and safety data trends.  We are excited to partner with students and families in providing engaging and relevant educational experiences during this unprecedented time in education.

Below are links to several different ways to learn more about our return to learning plans. Patrons have the option to view a short video outlining the plan or read through a slide show presentation and FAQ document on their own.

Please stay in touch with our staff if there is anything we can do to be of service during this time!
